Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. We understand the importance of timeliness and want to provide you with the best service possible. Additionally, we want to assure you that our venue is equipped with a lift for easy accessibility.
Individual Appointments: To provide personalized attention and ensure the best possible experience, we only take one person per appointment. You can rest assured that you will have our undivided attention during your trial session.

Non-Refundable Booking: Please note that the booking amount is non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the booking fee will not be refunded.
