Instructions for Use:

1. Peel off the white/blue paper to reveal the sticky side of the double tape.
2. Clean the area where you wish to apply the patch (preferably where there is no hair).
3. Stick the patch in place and avoid repositioning it to maintain the tape's adhesive strength.
4. The patch can be worn overnight and during daily activities but may need reapplication depending on sweat levels.

Note: Once the included tapes are used, replacement tapes can be purchased online from Amazon or other retailers.
