We are here to deliver you your chosen products, with love and care. Please read below our delivery and shipping policy, before placing your order, so that you are clear of the process and have no confusion what-so-ever!

Things to know about our delivery and shipping:

1. We use I Think Logistics (Delhivery and Xpressbee) and Blue Dart Express for our deliveries across India and DHL and FedEx for international shipments.
   
   
2. We offer free-of-cost delivery within India.
   
   
3. During Festivals, Sales and offer periods there may be slight delays in packing and shipping of orders and it could take upto 7-10 working days to dispatch and could take upto 20 days to deliver.
   
   
4. Please note: Pre-order products may take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched.

When will you receive the order?

For Domestic Orders (within India):

We take 1 business day to process and dispatch your order. And it takes 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered across India. 

However, if the address/pin code/phone no. is incorrect, the pin code is unserviceable, or if the color match is taking time, then it could take some extra days to dispatch your order based on the time taken to communicate and match the product to your hair.

For International Orders (outside India):

Our delivery partner for international orders is DHL and FedEx. It takes upto 7-10 business days from our end to deliver regular orders, but for custom orders it may take an additional 2 days to clear the custom payment and KYC which has to be done by you, the customer.

Please note: Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country, package size, and order value.
Customs duties and import taxes, however, depend on your country’s regulations and may not always be included at checkout. If not charged upfront, these will be collected directly by the shipping partner at the time of delivery.

Disclaimer/ Important Notice:

During festivals, sitewide sales (such as our Birthday Sale or annual promotional events), adverse weather conditions (like heavy rains), natural calamities, political crises, or curfews, your shipment may take up to 20 days to deliver.
We assure you that our team will do their best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods of high demand or unforeseen delays.
